홈즈에서 가장 중요시되는 가치로, 문자적으로만 준법을 생활화 할 뿐이 아니라 그 정신을 지키고 유지시키는것을 의미 합니다. 또 준법의 차원을 넘어선, 홈즈내에 존재하는 모든 관계에 핵심적으로 적용하고 노력하고 있습니다.

내부적으로는, 홈즈의 가치가 실제로 작용하는 인간관계에 있어 가장 중요한 신뢰를 형성하며, 홈즈의 직원들은 이 신뢰와 믿음을 바탕으로 실패를 두려워하지 않으며 실패 또한 다른 성공의 원동력이 된다는 마음가짐 으로 도전적으로 일하고 있습니다.

또 외부적으로는 자유롭고 활기차게 자신들의 입장을 건설적이고 창조적으로 피력할 수 있는데, 이 또한 이들의 의견이 일치하지 않거나 문제발생시 때에도 회사의 이러한 정직과 신뢰성에 대한 원칙에 대해서는 항상 그 생각을 모든 구성원과 함께 하고 있습니다.

The most important value at Homz is to preserve and maintain the law-abiding spirit, not just applying it in a way of life formally. In addtion, beyond the compliance of law, we are maintaining our rules in every interconnected relationship at Homz essentially. Internally, the value of Homz itself gives the most precious truth between every relationship. In this belief and value, Homz people do not fear failure but the failure can bear another chance of success.

Externally, our employees can build and express their opinions lively and strongly. Even if there is a conflict between opinions and a company emergency occurs, all employees communicate to solve the problem in honesty and belief.

Based on honesty and trust, employees communicate enough to justify any problem informally but have a reasonable way for solution. The development of Homz will be filled with creative time and every little valuable changes in keeping pace with rapid changes of the world. Nevertheless, the truth never change s the spirit of Homz, “to always choose the right path for the honesty and reliability”.

• •홈즈는 무리한 근무시간을 없애고 직원들의 의견을 듣기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 직원들이 여유있고 즐기는 시간들이 고객들의 니즈를 만족시킬 수 있는 창조적인 아이디어를 이끌어 낸다고 믿습니다.
• •모든 직원들은 안전하고 청결한 작업공간에서 일 할 권리가 있습니다. 모든 직원들에게 안전하고 건강한 작업공간을 제공하기 위해 현재 새로운 튼튼한 공장, 물류창고, 사무실 공사 중이며 2014년 완공됩니다.

• •We are putting our efforts to end excessive work hours as well as making sure workers’ voices are heard. We believe as workers live their lives fruitful and enjoyable, they could think of creative ideas that can satisfy customers’ needs.
• •Every worker has the right to a safe and healthy workplace. Hoping to provide a safe and healthy workplace to our employees, we are currently building new clean and sturdy factory, warehouse, and office, which will be completed in June 2014.
